Position Description:
Business Development Manager

This is a sales position, working as a Company representative, calling on affinity organizations throughout the territory. The position requires prospecting, qualifying potential groups for new client partnerships. Involves presenting and marketing deluxe group tour arrangements to promote profitable growth while managing key Company initiatives within assigned territory. Position offers a competitive salary, commission program, excellent benefits package and training. Our Business Development Managers enjoy domestic and international travel as part of their career.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Time management skills
• Ability to work independently
• PC/software program knowledge
• Sales experience – helpful
• Must reside in Fresno or surrounding area
